Ans. We manufacture customized furniture at the factory itself and not at your site. The assembly can be arranged as per your availability during weekends or any other day.

Ans. We are highly “quality-conscious”, and we use all hardware such as hinges, channels, locks, even hanger rods, joinery fittings, etc. and screws as well from the top leading hardware companies in the world such as Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, etc.

Ans. There is no minimum order value neither there is a maximum limit.

Ans. We do not accept verbal orders. We follow OPS (order processing system) wherein we provide detailed shop drawings to the customers for their approval. click here

Ans. No. All furniture is made at the factory as per your approved drawings. You can sit back and relax while your beautiful furniture gets ready at the factory.

Ans. After manufacturing, we assemble the products to check whether it is exactly as per your approved drawings, which is the time you can come to the factory to see your products.

Ans. The delivery period may vary depending on the products from 30 to 60 working days after final approval. The date of approval shall be counted from the date of signature on final drawings or payment made as per the stages, whichever is later.

Ans. We do not accept cash. You can pay through credit card, debit card, cheque or any other digital form of transaction.

Ans. Yes. We have a tie-up with finance lending companies such as Bajaj Finserv Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc., which provide various suitable schemes for the customers.

Ans. Yes. We have our very own three-storied factory spread across 9000 sq.ft area. We have a set-up of CNC machines which are imported from Germany, Austria and Italy. All woodworking processes such as cutting, moulding, post forming, laminate pressing, edge banding and drilling are carried out through this set-up.
