Our technical person visits the site to take exact measurements
(technical measurements).
Step 2 »

Our designer prepares detailed drawings of each item separately
as discussed with the customer and as per the technical measurements.
Step 3 »

We show various catalogues of materials, finishes and colours
to the customers to help them select.
Step 4 »

Then we explain the drawing in detail to the customers until
they are completely satisfied.
Step 5 »

All technical terms are thoroughly explained to the
customers so that they understand the details of the drawings.
Step 6 »

Once the customer is completely satisfied, they sign
each design sheet for giving their approval.
Step 7 »

A second set of all approved drawings is shared with
the client either in print or by mail.
Step 8 »

Another set of drawings is sent to the factory for
production.

We make sure that the customer understands and visualizes the designs with the help of 3D and/or AutoCad drawings, and also make sure that the customer understands the following points thoroughly :

❱ Colours and finishes
❱ Drawings

We have created this system, and follow it with dedication to ensure that at the time of order booking itself, the customers are well aware and clear about the products they have selected and know what is going to get delivered at their home or office.
